Homes that earn the Energy Star label must perform at least 15% better than homes that meet the 2004 International Residential Code. At Remington Custom Homes, we strive to produce homes that are at least 50% better than the 2004 IRC. Testing performed by a third party rater verifies that every home meets or exceeds requirements for air leakage and duct tightness.
